Panel Rebuild

Myron Zucker, Inc. can rebuild capacitor panels

Sometimes, it is unnecessary to replace an entire system.  Myron Zucker, Inc. can rebuild and retrofit individual panels that have suffered damage, as is the case with this VAR Controls panel (pictured below).

As technology advances, it sometimes becomes necessary to replace pieces of a unit, such as the controller.  Myron Zucker, Inc. replaced an obsolete controller that had begun to fail with a new, smaller, reliable controller.

Versatex Rebuild Example

Versatex capacitor cell bulged before replacement Myron Zucker, Inc. Universal Traymount built as a replacement on original metal tray
Versatex capacitor cell expanded or bulged. Myron Zucker, Inc. Universal Traymount® built as a replacement on original metal tray for easy installation.

Like everything else, capacitor cells do age and wear out.  Replacement cells are required.  In this case, Myron Zucker, Inc. designed a Universal Traymount® capacitor tray to fit the original Versatex tray.  This allowed the facility to continue using pieces that still worked rather than replacing everything unnecessarily.
